2. Prior to mainnet launch:

• Smart Wallet will only be available on the keys.coinbase.com popup if preference: 'smartWalletOnly' is passed to the coinbaseWallet connector. Example
• Smart Wallet will be available for use with Base Sepolia and Sepolia only.
